Shri Manoj Dwivedi founded ADF after the tragic demise of his son Anant to ensure no other parent faces a similar fate. Converting his personal grief into social good, he works for children... Before co-founding ADF, he had a distinguished career in the corporate world as Business Leader with Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd (The Times Group) and H&R Johnson. Manoj Dwivedi is a philanthropist by nature and has supported underprivileged families around him throughout his life. As an empathetic father himself, he has provided financial aid to needy families for their daughter’s marriage. During COVID, he not only helped the needy with daily essentials but also assisted many critical patients with life-saving medicines and hospitalization. With the founding of ADF in memory of his son, he is institutionalizing his philanthropic activities to expand the scale and increase the reach of social work.

She played an instrumental role in setting up the foundation so that mental agony of every child can be nipped in the bud.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Mumbai University and a Master’s degree in Science and Telecommunications from the University of Maryland. He has played a tech leadership role at Hughes Network Systems LLC before moving on as Director for Government Operations at Cognyte. Currently, he leads innovations for intelligence and law enforcement agencies at Pelorus Technologies. With his deep expertise in emerging technologies like AI, Kaushal Bheda supports the cause of ADF by leading initiatives that require advanced tech expertise.
